The official rank of the largest penis belongs to a man measured and documented by Dr. Robert Dickinson in the earlier part of the twentieth century. This record-holding penis was 13.5 inches (34 cm) in length and 6.25 inches (16 cm) in circumference.

But the living owner of the world's biggest human penis is Jonah Falcon. Falcon's 13-5 inch member has been measured for a TV special, making him one of the few guys who can back up his bodily boasts. 

 World's Largest Vagina – 19 in

The Largest Vagina most likely belonged to Scottish giantess Anna Swan (1846-1888), a remarkable woman who set a number of records relating to her bulk. Born normally sized, she began growing at a prodigious rate in childhood, finally reaching a maximum height of 7' 8" at age 19. Capitalizing on her huge size, she joined a side show and toured the country, where she met and fell in love with Captain Martin Bates, another giant who measured over 7 feet tall. They wed in 1872, making them the tallest married couple in the world, a record that still stands today. The couple settled down into married life, built a mansion filled with enormous furniture, including an 11' by 7' bed where they consummated their union. On June 18, 1879, she gave birth to the largest baby in history, weighing 26 lbs. and 34 inches in length—so large, in fact, that it became tightly wedged in her capacious tract, only extricated by the use of forceps and belts. The child did not survive the rigors of birth, but a cast was made, still on display at the Cleveland Museum of Health. Generally the largest part of an infant is the head. We know that the tyke's cranium measured about 19 inches (48cm) in circumference, hence we compute the minimum dilation of Swan's passage as 6 inches, or just over 15 cm. That's pretty wide—the normal dilation for childbirth is 10 cm. 

 World's Most Prolific Mother (69 babies)

Feodor Vassilyev (1707-1782), was a peasant from Shuya, Russia. Though not noteworthy himself, his first wife, Valentina Vassilyeva, set the record for most children birthed by a single woman. She gave birth to total of 69 children; however, few other details are known of her life, such as her date of birth or death. She gave birth to 16 pairs of twins, 7 sets of triplets and 4 sets of quadruplets between 1725 and 1765, in a total of 27 births. 67 of the 69 children born survived infancy. The modern world record for giving birth is held by Leontina Albina from San Antonio, Chile. Now in her mid-sixties, she claims to be the mother of 64 children. Of these, 55 are documented. The mother with the greatest number of kids that are not tiwns is Livia Ionce. This Romanian woman, 44, gave birth to her 18th child in Canada in 2008.

"After I had a child, my intimate muscles got unbelievably weak. I read books on Dao and learned that ancient women used to deal with this problem using wooden balls," she said.

The world's oldest father has done it again, fathering a child for at least the 21st time, at the age of 90. Indian farmer Nanu Ram Jogi, who is married to his fourth wife, boasts he does not want to stop, and plans to continue producing children until he is 100. Mr Jogi admits he is not certain how many children his series of four wives have borne him - but counts at least 12 sons and nine daughters and 20 grandchildren.

This creative billboard campain for "Koleston Naturals" uses its background natural view to illustrate the fact that this woman's hair dye is made from natural ingredients.


Near a busy intersection in Auckland, New Zealand this billboard was placed to promote a local channel's screening of "Kill Bill." The billboard features Uma Thurman swinging a sword, which is splattering blood onto the building, the street and even some parked cars.


The world's first edible chocolate billboard didn't last long, as it was consumed by shoppers within three hours of going up. British chocolate company Thorntons unveiled this 860 pound (390kg) billboard made of pure chocolate in London. The billboard was 14.5 ft by 9.5 ft and was made from 10 chocolate bunnies, 72 giant chocolate eggs and 128 chocolate panels.


  Designed by ad agency Leo Burnett with the input of an engineer, this creative McDonald's Billboard, placed in Chicago, features a real sundial whose shadow falls on a different breakfast item each hour until noon, when the shadow of the McDonald's arches are dead center.


Minneapolis ad agency Clarity Coverdale Fury came up with this creative billboard for QuitPlan.com.


This 20-foot unique billboard that consisted of 20,000 pennies was created to advertise the 769,500-penny starting price of the new Aveo. Though it didn't take long for hundreds of opportunistic by- passers to take off the coins and to be precise the penny-billboard only lasted for a mere 30 minutes.


Eco advocates and beer drinkers alike will all appreciate what went into repurposing these 500 used bottles for this highly creative billboard for Carlsberg.


An idea as sharp as the extremely sharp razor german company Martor Solingen is trying to sell. This giant razor with sliced birds scattering in half underneath it might seem cruel but sure does guarantee some curious onlookers.


In the heart of downtown Toronto lies the ever expanding Dundas Square, where Tylenol posted this large backlit board with an eye catching execution of a man suffering from a bad headache. To emphasize his pain, a large wrecking ball, suspended from a 3D crane above the board, has smashed through, and stuck in the man's forehead.


There can be no better way to depict how "natural" the Berger paints supposedly are. Ad agency JWT Mumbai designed this hoarding where a painter seems to be actually extending the blue colour of the sky on to his canvas.


Here is a unique way to remind people to buckle up in the back seat. Created by Clement BBDO in Austalia, this billboard displays a huge slingshot in 3d which appears to propel a passenger into the air. The message is clear, belt up or your body will be slinked.


This highly creative billboard was made for Bourbon whisky Maker's Mark, implying that their whisky is so good you need an 18-wheeler full to satisfy.


This billboard was carried out as part of a campaign for Denver water, which promotes water conservation as it appeals "use only what you need", so the billboard itself proves the point.

 The Australian woman who attacked her husbands, killed her last one and served him as dinner for his kids

The first Australian woman to be sentenced to a natural life term without parole, Katherine Knight, had a history of violence in relationships. She mashed the dentures of one of her ex-husbands and slashed the throat of another husband's eight-week-old puppy before his eyes. A heated relationship with John Charles Thomas Price became public knowledge with an Apprehended Violence Order that Price had filed against Knight. She stabbed Mr Price 37 times with a butcher's knife before skinning him and hanging his hide from a meat hook in their lounge room back in 2000. She then decapitated him and put his head in a pot on the stove, baked flesh from his buttocks and cooked vegetables and gravy as side dishes to serve to Mr Price's children. Police found the macabre dinner before the adult children arrived home.

 The woman who killed both of her husbands and then framed her own daugther

In 2005, Stacey Castor, 41, used a kitchen baster to give antifreeze to her second husband David Castor over a four-day period, and then staged the scene to make it appear a suicide. Investigators found he had ingested ethylene glycol. Suspecting his wife, they exhumed the body of Castor's first husband, Michael Wallace, who died in 2000 of a heart attack. Chemical analysis showed that his body contained ethylene glycol as well. This threw more suspicion on Stacey Castor, but she had a backup plan. She arranged evidence to point the finger at her own daughter, Ashley! Castor accused her teenage daughter of killing both her father and her stepfather, despite the fact that Ashley was only eleven years old when Michael Wallace died. In 2007, Ashley Wallace was hospitalized for an overdose of prescription pills and vodka. There was a suicide note in which she confessed to the murder of her stepfather. The only problem was that Ashley survived to testify against her mother at her 2009 trial. Castor faces 25 years to life for the murder of David Castor and the attempted murder of Ashley Wallace.

After eating, they settled down to watch HG Wells movie The War of the Worlds – but Katya fell asleep.

Realizing the seriousness of the wounds she inflicted, Katya called an ambulance and the pair was taken to casualty at a nearby hospital. Liza suffered severe concussion while Mikhail's willy had to be stitched back together.

Katya faces two years behind bars in a labour camp. The judges told her she had no right to act in such a violent manner despite the provocation by her husband and best friend.

Dr Richard Batista married Dawnell Batista in 1990. Back in 2001, after two previous transplants failed, Batista proved to be a match to his wife, so he duly offered up one of his own kidneys. After the successful transplant, Dawnell survived but not as so their marriage, which lasted only another four years. Dawnell viewed the kidney as a new lease on life. She returned to school to earn a master's degree in nursing, and took up karate. According to Richard, his wife repaid his gesture by first sleeping with her physical therapist - and then denying him access to their three kids in an increasingly bitter divorce.

The heartbroken doctor is now requesting the one-time love of his life to pay $1.5 million for the organ he donated. He insisted his cash-for-kidney claim was a direct result of his wife's behavior.

 The woman who accidentally hanged her husband to death during a sex game

Tony, 46, and Crystal Boarder, 31, his partner of about 10 years, used to be engaged in "kinky sex games" of bondage and asphyxiation. They performed acts of suffocation with plastic bags and sheets, drownings in the bathtub and hangings in their barn. The couple even videotaped themselves taking turns hanging each other in the barn next to their house outside Rockwood. First, Crystal Boarder was hanged by her husband and let down. Then, Tony Boarder placed the rope around his own neck and she hanged him. He told her to lower him and then quickly lost consciousness. Crystal Boarder slowly brought him to the ground over a period of about 15 minutes. For the next 40 minutes, she checked his pulse and smoked cigarettes. Later that morning, Crystal Boarder called the police and said she had accidentally killed her husband during a sex game.

Tony died of asphyxiation during the hanging. In a strange twist, he had once killed someone during a dangerous sex act and was convicted in 1987 of manslaughter. He was sentenced to eight years in jail for causing the death of a 19-year-old woman by strangulation during sex.

 76-year-old lady who is suspected of murdering four of her five husbands

Jeff Carstensen was spooked when he learned his grandmother planned to buy him a $100,000 life insurance policy -- and name herself the beneficiary. As he and many others who came into Betty Neumar's orbit have learned, bad things tend to happen to the people around her.

The 76-year-old Georgia woman is in a North Carolina jail, accused of hiring a hit man to kill her fourth husband Harold Gentry. Authorities are re-examining the deaths of her first child and four of the five men she married, including Gentry. No motive has been discussed, but records and interviews with relatives and police officials paint Neumar as a domineering matriarch consumed by money. She collected at least $20,000 in 1986 when Harold Gentry was shot to death in his home. A year earlier, she had collected $10,000 in life insurance when her son died. She also had a life insurance policy on husband No. 5, John Neumar, who died in 2008. The official cause of death was listed as sepsis, but authorities are investigating whether he was poisoned.

To the outside world, family members said, she was Bee -- a friendly woman who operated beauty shops, attended church and raised money for charity. But Carstensen saw another side: fist fights at family functions, use of obscenities and belittling of relatives, how she would act "one way in public -- especially church -- and another behind closed doors." Police in Ohio are looking into the death of Carstensen's stepfather, Neumar's son Gary Flynn, who was found shot to death in his apartment in November 1985. It was ruled a suicide, but his family has questions.

An Australian woman, Vicki Lowing, divorced her husband after he asked her to give up her pet crocodile, Johnie, which is "like a child" to her. Mrs Lowing, 52, who has hand-raised the one-and-a-half metre reptile for 13 years, gives it the run of the house and even lets it sleep with her son Andrew in his bed. Victoria adopted the crocodile after it was left on her doorstep in 1996 by an anonymous person. Her husband Greg said she spent too much time with the pet and asked her to give it up in a bid to save their marriage, but she refused and the couple divorced in 2005. Mrs Lowing, a trained nurse, said: "Husbands can look after themselves but my crocodile can't make his meals. "

A Saudi Arabian man lived with his wife for 30 years without setting eyes on her face. His 50-year-old wife followed the tradition of her native village near the south-western city of Khamis Mushayt and kept her features veiled at all times. One night the husband was overcome by curiosity and tried to lift his wife's veil as she slept to take a look at her face. It was an error he is unlikely to be given a chance to repeat for his outraged wife woke up during his sneak peek and decided to demand a divorce.

The betrayed wife said her husband apologized and promised never to do it again, but she insisted she wanted a divorce. It may seem odd, but cases of Saudi husbands with wives forever shrouded in mystery are not uncommon.

 The woman who attacked her husband with frozen lasagna

An Atlantic Beach woman was taken into police custody after investigators said she used frozen lasagna to serve up violence instead of serving it for dinner. Amanda Trott is charged with domestic battery after police said she attacked her husband with the frozen food during an argument. Mr. Trott claimed that Mrs. Trott had slapped him across the face several times and threw a frozen lasagna at him that struck him at the top of his head. The incident began when officers were called to the Sea Oats Apartments after neighbors called them with concerns about the Trotts' children. Police confronted the couple and Amanda Trott eventually confessed to hitting and attacking her husband. The Trotts' children have been placed in the care of a neighbor.

A t-shirt a day has kept unemployment at bay for an American man who is making about $ 90,000 a year by selling advertising space on his torso. Jason Sadler, 26, a former marketing professional from Florida, founded his own company, www.iwearyourshirt.com, in 2008 with the idea of wearing a T-shirt supplied by any company and then use social media tools to promote the firm. For his human billboard service, Mr Sadler charges the "face value" of the day so January 1 costs $1, while December 31 costs $365. Mr Sadler said this may not sound like a lot but it adds up to $66,795 a year if he sells out every day, which he did this year. He also sells monthly sponsorships for $1,500, adding another $18,000 to his income.

 The man who is selling advertising space on his chin

Down in the mouth Chang Du is offering to sell advertising space on his giant chin in a bid to raise cash for an op to remove it for good. Du, 47, from Lishuguo, central China, says the giant basketball-sized swelling started as a tiny pimple inside his mouth just five years ago. Now Du is trying to raise 5,000 GBP for an operation to restore his chin to normal size by offering it to advertisers for sponsorship.

Online gambling outfit Golden Palace took temporary charge of the substantial assets which it recently secured for £422 on an eBay auction: the legally-displayable portion of 27-year-old Angel Brammer's 42GG breasts. For fifteen days the Glaswegian lass proudly displayed a Golden Palace's temporary tattoo applied by a local artist.

More-than-ample Angel Brammer, 27, from Greenock in Scotland, got the idea after a US man touted his forehead on eBay as a suitable place for a temporary tattoo. Her eBay listing would say:

"No longer restricted to USA based advertising, you can now rent my CLEAVAGE for a period of 15 days, during which I will display your company logo, slogan or web-site address in the form of a temporary tattoo you will supply to me. I'm an ample size 42GG, and I usually wear low-cut tops. I am renting the top part of my cleavage (the part which is legal to display) for you to put your company's logo upon. During the 15 days, I can have photos taken of me, with your logo, in front of any of the popular landmarks in Glasgow, or our nation's capital".

 The dying man who sold ad space on his own urn

A dying Oregon comedian's last words will be written on his cremation urns - and the message will be sponsored by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. The animal rights group has paid $200 to place ads blasting KFC and dog breeders on the urns that will hold the remains of Aaron Jamison, who is dying of colon cancer. The Springfield man offered the ad so his wife wouldn't be left with funeral costs. Since then, the $800 cremation cost has been covered, and donations have helped pay some of Jamison's medical bills.

One of the PETA ads will say: "I've Kicked the Bucket - Have you? Boycott KFC." The other reads: "People who Buy Purebred Dogs Really Burn Me Up. Always Adopt."

 The groom who is selling ad spaces on his wedding tie

A groom from Sibiu, Romania, is trying to raise money by selling wedding tie advertising space. Tudor Ciora, is selling space on his groom's tie through a website at www.cravatamea.com and hopes to raise enough money to be able to buy a car for his new wife. The website says "as we have nothing but each other, we decided to sell a small part of what is only ours: our wedding." Wedding tie advertising is priced per square centimeter and prices vary depending which part of the tie they are on - ranging from €10 per sq cm for advertising on the lower part of the tie, up to €20 per sq cm for advertising on the top part of the wedding tie.

 The woman who sold permanent advertising space on her forehead to GoldenPalace.com

Karolyne Smith, a Utah woman, became another asset in online gambling outfit GoldenPalace.com's eBay preposterous purchase portfolio after accepting $15,000 dollars to have the casino's name permanently tattooed on her forehead.

Smith now has a url plastered across her face. She claims that she did it to raise funds for her son's private education. To its credit, the tattoo parlour which did the dirty deed - SI TATTOOING in Salt Lake City - reportedly spent seven hours trying to talk her out of it.
Smith's eBay auction attracted more than 27,000 hits and 1,000 watchers. Bidding reached $999.99 before Goldenpalace.com, an Internet gambling company in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake, Canada, clicked "buy now," meeting Smith's $10,000 asking price and ending the auction two days early.

 The company who is selling ad spaces that look like clouds

Next time you think that a cloud looks like a company logo, it may not be simply your imagination. Inventors Francisco Guerra and Brian Glover created a process to make "clouds" (basically soap based foams mixed with helium) in practically any shape you'd like. They named their creation floating logo clouds "flogos" - Logos that Fly! Disney, Apple, Audi and Nike have already signed up and others have expressed interest.

 The movie producer who used a homeless man as an ad space

Film producers will do anything to publicize their pics. According to entertainment journalist Nikki Finke, movie producer David Permut paid a veteran named Ronald $100 to hold a poster for Youth in Revolt, a movie released in 2010 that Permut produced. Permut apparently often sees Ronald at the busy corner of San Vicente Blvd. and Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles and saw an opportunity for cheap promotion. Permut reportedly said, "It's been very good for us and for him. So I started thinking: why don't the movie studios go to all the homeless people and pay them to hold up [posters]?".

 The man who auctioned advertising space on his penis

A hard-up UK eBayer offered his penis as permanent advertising space - for a starting bid of £3,000. The "genuine auction" vendor explained: "I will have my penis permanently tattooed for advertising your internet company logo," and adds: "If they wish, the winning company of the bid may film the Tattoo being created - this could be streamed live from their website as well as use the footage for later promotions." Sadly, it didn't state the maximum print size available on the penis. He may have lost potential bidders if he failed to measure up to corporate expectations.

 The guy who sold pixels at a webpage as advertising space

Back in 2005, a 21-year-old student in England named Alex Tew launched The Million Dollar Homepage, through which he sold the pixels of a 1000×1000 grid for $1 each. Although it was an extremely simple idea, the unique project attracted enormous amounts of press coverage, and eventually earned $1,037,100 in a matter of months - the final slot on the page went for $38,100. It also spawned countless copycat websites that virtually all failed, since the idea was no longer novel.
